The Imperial Cancer Research Fund has joined forces with Dundee University and the Dundee Teaching Hospitals' NHS Trust to set up a centre of excellence in cancer treatment. A chair in medical oncology, funded by the ICRF, and a chair in radiotherapy, funded by the trust, will form the basis of the centre and will be advertised in the next few weeks. Dundee University's biomedical research centre will work closely with the new clinical oncology centre.
