Singapore Management University president Lily Kong emphasises the virtual transition of higher education that had been growing prior to Covid-19 and pushed to the forefront as a result of the pandemic.
Professor Kong believes that,?as higher education leaders,?the key to succeeding in the face?of?such?demands?is?to welcome?change?and?to?adapt?to?the “new normal” in order to allow?students to thrive.
